We rent by the room or the entire complex.   Please contact us for availability.  

The above three individual private rooms with spectacular views in sizes to fit different budgets.   small, medium, and large.  The left side of the whale tale is the sink and toilet, the right side of whale tale is the shower for the three private rooms. Prices are $90.00, $100.00, and $120.00 per night,  peak season November  till March, half price off season which is June to October.  Stays of 2 weeks or more qualify for significant discounts during peak season.   Contact us for renting the entire unit or room off season for additional special rates.    As low as $400.00 a month for the entire summer plus utilities off season July to September.    We have several spots for RVs and many for camping.

this is the lower room,  it is the larger of the attached 3 white Mediterranean rooms and is $120.00 per night peak, $95.00 off peak, and $60.00 off season.

The blue room has a self contained bathroom and a twin bed.  This room rents for $120.00 per night, $95.00 off peak and $60.00 off season.

 Two spacious rooms that are ideal for a family one double bed in each room a door separates the two rooms for privacy.   There is a attached outdoor bathroom..    Another bathroom only a few steps away has a conventional gas powered water heater for showers.   These are  $90.00 and $100.00 peak, $70.00 off peak, and $45.00 off season.  All bathrooms on the property have hot water.    There are 2.5 common bathrooms on the property.   And two private bathrooms within the rooms.

wow what a beach; location location and location.  

We are beachfront..... we have full beach access, one of the largest private beaches of the area about 200 feet wide.  all above photos taken at BrendaVista.      There is a solar heated shower in the changing room for your comfort as you get off the water.   We do request you rinse your feet once on the top of the hill.

You can launch kites and windsurf from the beach.      Only on huge wind/wave days do we recommend a 3 minute walk down the beach to launch.     I have never walked down and done that, but you can see the above picture of Mark being washed from the waves.     BrendaVista is where the largest waves meet the land in laventana elsargento.

Our two kitchens are available for all guests for basics cooking, long term renter use is limited to every other day.   Spectacular views from either.  We keep bottled water stocked for your convenience.   Our water coolers are operational at all hours.     There is very limited refrigerator space, but not to worry there is one local eatery within 100 yards, another is now open 100 more yards and one with grino food menu another 200 yards, and another two a 10 minute and 15 minute walk.  A small grocery store has opened 500 yards up the sidewalk.   We are in the ideal location.   The fresh vegetable truck comes to the campground twice a week, monday friday, a 10 minute walk.   Small refrigerators can be rented at $5.00 per day.

pets

here is the queen of the hill who adopted deanovista 6 years ago.  Pets welcome if they are as well behaved as alicat and they do not eat alicat.
